Asda Travel Money

Had a wonderful experience with Marien, incredibly helpful and will definitely return for more euros

We came into the store late afternoon Wednesday 30th August. We wanted polish zloti. The young black girl said she didn't have any but would order some which would be in store on the following Monday this would have been too late. She then suggested an Asda travel card. We had no idea what it was so she explained in the greatest of detail what it was and how I could use it. This took some time as I am very hard of hearing and she had to talk behind a thick glass counter. She did not make me feel embarrassed and her patience was remarkable. She then explained the Asda app where I could keep a check on the spending and if necessary top up the card. I explained I was not technically inclined so she took my phone and downloaded the app for me. It took so long to help me ,and conclude the transaction, but she ploughed on until I was happy. She is a wonderful ambassador for Asda employees and a model for all people who provide service to the public. I wish I had asked her name . When I thanked her, I asked how I could show my satisfaction to Asda, she handed me a QR code which I had no idea how to use and didn't have the cheek to ask her what to do with it! I hope she gets to read this and management acknowledges her excellent effort.

Served currency today 16th June 2023, at Asda Norwich, by an extremely pleasant, helpful young lady. She provided customer service at its best.

Very helpful lady in the booth, would recommend to all.
