Incompetent and unprofessional. Save yourself the bother and go with someone else. Don’t wast your time, you mean nothing to them!

My experience for a no win no fee claim has been dealt with quickly after a road traffic accident in August last year. At first I had a member of staff called Jack that I had to keep emailing for updates and information from him wasn't ever very clear. Once my case was dealt with by members of staff liz and Laura they l kept in contact frequently during the process and had it dealt with in 4/5 months. Would defintely recommend this company.

5 years and a claim worth between £45000 and £50000Valued by an independent barrister when it came to it they tucked tail and in exact words of my case handler they are a business and not about loosing money. There are hidden costs and I had to do most of the work long story short £15000 minus 25% and costs hidden they ended up with more like 50 %STEER WELL CLEAR. You won’t matter to them!!!. Lost 2 careers ,now only good for a desk job and didn’t get enough to clear a loan I took out on the strength of their so called experts telling me I could return to my job after treatment. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, Just wish I’d read the reviews before going ahead with these fly by knights.

I recently had a case settled through JF Law that had been ongoing for over a year and a half. Judging by some reviews, I think it may be a bit hit and miss in terms of who picks up your case and how smooth the process is.At the start, there were periods where communication would be dire and I wouldn't hear back from anyone for weeks, and even months if I hadn't prompted numerous times for a response. It easily makes your case feel forgotten about or cast aside. I seemed to be bouncing between 2 solicitors who were not in communication with one another, so each stage of communicating felt disconnected, which hindered progress.Fast forward a year or so and a new solicitor, Michael H. contacted me out of the blue informing me that he had taken over conduct of my case. Since that point, communication improved, updates were given regularly without prompt, and progress was very apparent. He explained each stage of the process and gave clear advice and always felt available if required.Worlds apart from how the case was dealt with a year earlier.I'd have given 5 stars if it were not for the initial year. The last few months dealing with Michael took my review from scraping 2 stars up to 4. The favorable outcome also helped ;^)

The worst Solictor ever please don’t make the mistake I have by going with them. My case has been going on since 2019 and still going forward, when an offer was made by MIB the solicitor Micheal Jackson refused my orders that I wanted to accept the offer as the offer was to low, he now has vanished apparently left the company when he spoke to me a day before. Since 2019 I have had three people working in my case this is ridiculous. The firm are greedy and only think about profit in their percentage in which they will earn.

J F Law has made what felt like a very daunting experience into one in which I felt very reassured during the whole process.I was starting to think my claim had been forgotten but as soon as J F Law took on my case things ran so smoothly.In particular Laura and Liz who were my main contacts have always been quick to reply to any of my queries or concerns in a professional but friendly manner.
