Apple Tree Tots

My daughter has attended Apple Tree Tots for the last 3 years. I was in a position of looking for childcare during Covid lockdown as I needed to return to my NHS job. Jacqui went above and beyond to accommodate me as a very anxious parent. She was warm, friendly, kind and professional. I knew we were in safe hands right from the start. My daughter has absolutely loved her time at Apple Tree Tots, she runs in every day without a backward glance and loves telling me about her day. The attention to detail, variety of activities and home from home environment are unmatched locally. Jacqui and her professional team have supported us as a family throughout many milestones, including walking, talking and potty training. My little girl is now moving on to school, Apple Tree Tots has given her the best start, the team have been such a lifeline to us as first time parents. I will always be grateful to Jacqui for her support and knowledge. Thank you!

We couldn't have asked for a better place for our daughter to spend some of her most formative years. The staff at Apple Tree Tots have become like family to us, going above and beyond to help us out and giving our daughter so much love. The setting is perfect; a real home-from-home environment where kids can thrive and enjoy themselves. We are so pleased we found this place and would highly recommend it.

My son has attended Apple Tree Tots since he was 8 months old and we are confident that he will keep using Apple Tree Tots as our main childcare provider until he is old enough to go to school!The setting is fantastic, there has been a recent renovation and the children are now in a newly refurbished building designed for them. There are always a variety of toys and activities and we receive photos every day over WhatsApp of our son playing and learning. In the morning, he literally skips in and is greeted every morning with a warm smile and he runs inside shouting toast toast!" The children have healthy home cooked meals and eat well. My daughter started at Apple Tree Tots at 11 months old, we decided on this setting due to the warm, welcoming feeling from the owner and her family. A gorgeous home from home setting, professional staff who provide all round care and attention. The children take part in lots of activities and crafts, and we as parents received updates on daily activities.I would not hesitate in recommending Apple Tree tots, 5 stars from us

I'd like to say a huge thank you to Apple Tree Tots for the amazing care they have provided for my son. Their provision is outstanding and their staff are fantastic. It gave me complete peace of mind leaving my child with such a friendly and professional team where nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this setting for their care, attention and fantastic communication, providing regular feedback about how my child was progressing as well as day to day updates. My son has attended apple tree tots for the past 3 years, he has always loved attending, the care is individualised to each child and I believe that this has a positive impact of the learning and development of my child.My child is treated like a member of the family and adores auntie Jacqui and auntie Val, the staff take time to listen to the child’s views and tailor the care around that. We will be sad for him to move on to full time school later this year

Our daughter has been attending Apple Tots full time for 1.5 years and has truly thrived under their care. The nursery feels like a true home from home and the staff are wonderful. My little boy has been at Apple Tree Tots since August 2021. I can’t think of a better place for him to go. He absolutely loves going there and always runs in to see the ladies and all his friends. He's come on leaps and bounds since being there and i love the weekly pictures i receive of him having fun. When my little one started he had allergies which is another reason we chose this setting as Jacqui made me feel at ease with my little one in her care. Overall a beautiful, colourful, fun and loving environment!

My son has been going to Apple Tree Tots for almost a year now. On his way to the setting he sings the name of his keyworker. Since the settling period, we have had no tears going to Apple Tree Tots and he has been settled and happy coming home. I appreciated how the setting did a slow settling in period and how they help my son develop at his own pace. I love their outdoor equipment and how the children always have time to play outside or even go to walks to the local park. I love how the day is centred around them and their needs. I also love how small the setting is and how all the children know each other and can play with children of slightly different ages, helping with their development and prosocial skills. Finally, Jacquie has been wonderful in supporting me advising me on how to use sleep time routines at home which has resulted in a happy boy that falls asleep at the same time each evening! I would most definitely recommend it as a childcare setting.
