From being a good local service with someone at the end of the phone line this has become an anonymous provider with v poor service and endless waiting to get through to an poorly informed call centre. What a disaster that Highland Wireless were bought out.

I moved house and the previous owners had used HW, so the equipment was already there. It was simply a case of putting in an order and within a week my service was up and running. I couldn't work without it and am really happy with the speed I'm getting.

Just taken three months to tell us they can’t provide the service despite indicating that they could at the initial site visit. The only reason we’ve waited and chased repeatedly was that we wanted to use a local firm. Difficult to get hold of as 3/4 times you just get the answering machine and emails weren’t replied to. Very disappointed!

First called 7 jan 2022, told we would be emailed, wanted to sign up to Highland Wireless as told by friends of the great service,however by 2 February phoned again to organize as no word from them, receptionist said they were very sorry and someone would call back as soon as possible. Now the 15th February, just had a voice mail from someone from Highland wireless about a meeting to discuss internet. I'm sorry Highland wireless little too late we got broadband from ee. Try calling interested customers alot sooner or lose custom.
