I have just bought my third car from here and it doesn't get any better. Tyre deflation warning light on when I went to drive off, had to go back and get it sorted. Front car mats were missing, salesman didn't seem keen to resolve it, have to buy some myself. This was a car that was less than 2 years old. Maybe they treat customers who buy new cars better.

I have used August Motors Service Dept for my last 3 cars over the last 15 years & they have always given good customer service. However, they recently manage to surpass even this high standard. After a shaky start to a repair I needed on my Accord, Jo, the Service Manager, went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the end result. His high standards of customer service are a credit to August Motors.

Fantastic staff at all times nothing is a problem! Just brought a used Honda CR-V they didn’t sell it to me, I brought it none of this hard sell stuff absolutely incredible condition a credit to the previous owner! The salesperson Gerry she arranged everything not once did I feel like I was taking to much off their time. Would definitely recommend to anyone who or don’t what they are trying to acquire vehicle wise New or Used

I have to compliment these people, I've dealt with David in my case.Not only was David quick to respond, he also managed to get me accurate quotes very quickly. On doing a detailed check, everything they've put on the add was dead on.I did not in the end take on the deal, but that was for my financial reasons and on no fault of theirs.If I have agreed I would have had a new car within a couple of days free of hassle!It is rare in this business to find great and reliable people, these have more than earned to be in my short list for future purchases.
