The customer service is extremely poor and rude.For the price paid (26£)for a birthday cake one should not have to buy a non-fresh cake but be able to order a fresh cake the day before and be treated decently while paying for it.I am never buying a cake here again.

The front desk lady is so rude. Worst experience. Not considerate of the customers. Do not ever make a mistake of ordering from here, the taste is so freaking bad. You will regret every bit of it. Even this one star is like way too much for this business. The lady in the shop is like crazyyyy person. Rude as hell. Get a life!

Amazing service, collected a cake which then got ruined after I left the store. I came back and the store fixed the cake for me free of charge out of kindness! Couldn’t recommend them enough will be coming back definitely

Cup cakes order via Uber eats yesterday, absolutely disappointed. Cakes were not fresh at all, nobody enjoyed those. Cup cakes from Asda are better
