I drove my MINI home last week - absolutely thrilled with the car and the outstanding service that I received from Mini, in particular Nathan Haines. I went to them on the off chance that I might be able to get a new car and luckily for me that had one that needed a new home. Nathan made the whole process clear, well explained and stress free. It was made even simpler by being able to sign everything electronically. Nathan communicated with me regularly, kept me up to speed with what was happening and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Well done Mini and huge thank you to Nathan!

FANTASTIC experience from start to finish.From ordering to picking up today the customer service was second to none!Nathan is an absolute credit to Marshall Mini and if you are looking to test drive or buy a new Mini, I 100% guarantee you won’t be disappointed, give him a call!!It’s a breath of fresh air to walk into a garage without feeling out of my depth when it comes to cars, everything was explained perfectly and nothing was too much trouble.The final stages sorting the finance documentation with Charlotte was seamless and so effortless which made the experience so much better.I know I sound quite gushy with this review but believe me I couldn’t be any happier with the service received and my new Countryman drives like a dream!!Thank you Nathan and Charlotte & I hope to see you at Car Fest when you are showcasing all those lovely shiny new cars!!

We visited on the off chance of buying a JCW yesterday. I can honestly say the customer service was so amazing and I don't say that lightly! Mia who has passion and enthusiasm for the cars is outstanding! She knows the product too and answered all our questions. There is no pressure which I sometimes feel in other dealerships...its a relaxed professional happy environment! I spoke to Jamie in the service dept who gave me all the info I required. Thank you! Umar who was very approachable...listened and got the best deal ever! Nathan who is warm and welcoming when we first arrived and got the hot drinks for us! And finally Tom the manager who made the deal so easy. We both left the dealership feeling happy and we knew we had got the best deal ever too but with amazing customer service! Huge thank you to Mia! I truly can't recommend this dealership enough!

Went there with my girlfriend with jammed back gate of our Countryman. No mechanic had even looked at it, got appointment booked 3 weeks later for diagnostics - £176 quoted just for diagnostics without any repair cost. Diagnostics cost not deductible from repair cost (how the heck can you charge for diagnostics for repair that a customer wants you to conduct!!! Which is in your own interest to make the repair). Took our Countryman to a private garage in the village who opened jammed gate in 3 minutes, said that latch is tight and if it happens again then he is happy to do the job. Did not charge me a penny for that. Called Marshall to cancel appointment but no one was picking up the phone. There is a lot you need to learn about customer service dear Mini team - because you just lost one customer for ever.Using occasion I also asked for winter tyres for my 3 series. Got a quote for over £1500. Bought the same tyres online for £800.

Visited Marhsalls Mini at Hook after our visit to our local dealership did not offer much incentive to buy from them. So pleased with the service and helpfulness of all the staff here. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Wasn't intending to buy to brand new car but the discount they gave me was too good to pass up on. My new mini was cheaper than a pre-owned model that I had my eye on ! Special thanks goes to Nathan though who looked after me extremely well during my purchase. I highly recommend this mini dealership and would not hesitate to purchase from them again in the not too distant future.

I would recommend Marshall Mini Hampshire (Hook) having received excellent customer service from them when purchasing another Mini. (I previously bought a Mini from Marshall Mini in Bournemouth so had good experience of the company). In Hook we liaised with Josh Atkinson in Sales who has been, efficient, professional and extremely helpful throughout. I picked up my new car yesterday and am enjoying it tremendously. From the Sales Manager to Georgina in reception, the experience has been a very easy and pleasant one. I would wholeheartedly recommend Josh and Marshall Mini.

Absolutely disgusted with the service from here. I received a video from Mia and was advised that the car was in great condition, no blemishes were highlighted so I paid my holding deposit of £500 subject to seeing the car and test driving. We booked annual leave from work, drove 4 hours 180 miles where on arrival 2 customers were sitting in my potential car. On viewing we pointed out 3 very visible dents in the passenger door and were told the team hadn't repaired it on Tueaday and as Mia was off until today (Friday)no one else bothered to ensure it was ready for us. Advised that the company were too busy to come out today, We were asked to pay for the car in full and take it home and they will collect it bring it back and repair it and redeliver to us. Oh so another almost 600 miles on the clock then! I suggested they repair it whilst keeping my deposit, deliver it for inspection and if it is adequately repaired I will pay in full. Response from Mia via the manager was they couldn't do that as it would mean 2 drivers travel without a guaranteed sale. So I said pretty much what we have been expected to do today then. Hence to say we didn't purchase the car, Frustrated with the lack of transparency and awful customer service or consideration.

My first time using Marshall mini , and wasn't disappointed..fantastic service from booking in to picking up ..They keep you informed throu the whole process and even send you a video explaining and showing what was needed. Their prices are are very reasonableaswell..definitely recommend and will be using in the future .
