I had been having hip pain disturbing my sleep for months. I was very encouraged by the thorough medical history that was taken, along with the detailed explanation of the treatment I was given. I was given treatment to mobilise and realign my pelvis resulting in a very good nights sleep. Charles restored my faith in chiropractors. I would recommend him.

I was recommended Charles by a friend following a sports injury only a few weeks out from an event. Charles was able to diagnose and put in place a plan to aid recovery, ensuring I was in the best shape I can be come race day. This included massage, stretching and ultrasound of the area, significantly reducing pain. The injury was affecting both my sciatic nerve and hamstring, however Charles was able to reduce my recovery time to the shortest time frame. I would highly recommend Altura for any physiological problems you may have.

Started seeing Charles for lower back pain, he is extremely professional explaining everything he's doing and why, also gave me exercises to do at home. His friendly manner makes for a relaxing atmosphere, and after a few visits saw a dramatic improvement, would definitely recommend paying him a visit if you have any back problems, worked for me.

I'm really pleased with the results from Altura Chiropractic Clinic. I have been suffering with plantar fasciitis for well over 6mths, and in incredible pain. Medication and exercises from my gp had no effect, other than slight pain relief from medication.Since having treatment at Altura with Charles and with a step by step exercise plan, each session my feet have decreased in pain. I broke my wrist in the summer 2023 and at the same time exacerbated my old shoulder and neck problems. I have had regular problems with back pain for many years. Around 4 weeks ago my back seized up after a trip to the gym and I was in some considerable pain, unable to get comfortable in any position. After a Google search I arranged an appointment the following day with Charles. By that evening I felt significant improvements in my mobility. I have now had a number of appointments over the last few weeks and can honestly say my back is feeling the best it has for some time. I am now arranging periodic check ups with Charles so that I can minimise the number of incidents I have with my back.
