Unfortunately didn't get on very well at all . And won't be using them again sad really as tried to buy 3 propertys total using different people only to be told the same thing each time to tyr and up offer .

Having dealt with numerous different estate agents in the past few weeks, I would like to say Druce has been by far the most helpful, polite, honest and assisting in my quest to find a new rental property. Just be careful. I read good things about the Brook Green sales team. However if you are considering using their Ladbroke Grove team to Manage your rental property I would suggest you think twice. They manage my property. They persuaded me to hire them to make my life easier. When this contract expires I will never again use them to manage my property. Due to their inept management and extremely slow response times……. On more than one occasion taking 5 weeks to respond. IMHO the Property Management team at Ladbroke Grove are incompetent. They are not customer centric and they are not property manager experts. Avoid.

At my time of moving in, I made a point of speaking to Oliver Druce regarding how impressed I was with the service I received...On Friday 2 October at 8am (out of hours) I called regarding an immediate let and by 1pm on Saturday 3rd I had moved in!It is seldom these days a company will fulfil the expectations of its customers. Can't speak highly enough about Linda, Jan and the rest of the Druce team, they have been great. Linda was very proactive at finding us a buyer and Jan did so much to keep both our sale and purchase on track, she would chase solicitors and other estate agents constantly and we always felt that any issues we ever took to them were never too much trouble.
