We saw Jane early this week as my son had completely lost the ability to hear in one ear and the other wasn't far behind. He was very anxious about going but Jane put him at ease, explained what would happen and did a fantastic job, I no longer have to shout for him to hear me. An amazing result achieved painlessly. Definitely recommend.
