Fun experience painting the pottery but HORRIBLE customer service!!! Waited 3 weeks then called multiple times about collecting pottery. They took my number and claimed they would call me when ready. another week goes by! so i go in their myself to collect it and nobody in the shop to speak to. Abysmal customer service don’t recommend

I loved it. Did the 5 week beginners course. The teachers know what they are talking about and will give you feedback on your ideas so that they come out well. You finish the course with 5 fired & glazed pieces, including pinch & coil pots, a large slab vase and pots thrown on the wheel. You can make more (if you have time) but pay an extra £5 for each extra piece you want to fire.

Haven't actually booked a session here, but read all the reviews about the horrible customer service and won't be visiting this place anytime soon.

Did an amazing one day wheel throwing course here today, very friendly and helpful staff. Really accommodating and patient with teaching the techniques and a lovely homely vibe to learn in. Only slight downside is the giant window means passersby are understandably intrigued and tend to stare in! I'd really recommend the course to anyone from a total beginner (like me) to anyone wanting to spend some time out improving the basics.

Really enjoyed this! Did the taster session twice, once with a friend and a second as a gift to my sister!

Really upsetting. I booked and paid for this for my friend as a birthday present, and unfortunately could no longer attend the date I booked as she already had plans that day. I notified them over a week before the slot to say we couldn’t go. They said I could rebook if I cancelled. I then unexpectedly had to leave the country for personal reasons and when I arrived back they wouldn’t let me join a session (other than one they had that weekend that I couldn’t make). Despite having already paid! So now I’ve wasted my money on what would’ve been such a lovely day out for me and my friend in a hard year :( really let down by this business and so upset about the money wasted

Very average. I booked an intro to wheel throwing for myself and a friend and found the tutor generally pretty unfriendly and abrupt. The class opened with an explanation that we basically wouldn’t be able to get anything out of just one session because it’s so complicated (why offer a single class intro) and then feeling throughout like I was in detention rather than a paying customer (actually using the phrase ‘I won’t explain it again’). Also felt like it wasn’t ok to fail. Basically paid for some fun of a Monday evening and to learn a little of something new and missed the mark on both counts - a missed opportunity to have signed me up to the full course if that was a taster of the treatment to come. Definitely not good value for the more than £100 I spent.

Really enjoyed our time here!My boys did a two hour sessions, the first hour was clay modelling and then they had a go at turning on a potters wheel. We all thoroughly enjoyed it, the ladies that worked there were super helpful and friendly. I even had a go on the potters wheel. Still loving the creations we made.
