A few months ago I was waiting for a teeth filling and I’m currently 18 and still in full time education so I thought I would be getting it for free. They had told me that I missed too many appointments and never filed for a cancellation. I missed two appointments due to the fact traffic and when I was late for 5 minuites they didn’t want to see me anymore and told me to reschedule. Bear in mind I did call in beforehand to let them know I would be a little bit late as there was traffic. After this appointment that I didn’t get to see dr hakimm, I rebooked and had it rescheduled. But this time I was on my way and I couldnt go because I had a emergency that my mum had been rushed to hospital because her arm was snapped back due to a car crash and I called a hour beforehand to let them know. Today I called up for a appointment and they said because I didn’t let let them know quick enough beforehand, they arnt willing to book me a appointment anymore as I missed too many appointments. I know I had missed 2 appointments but this made me angry and now they said that I would need to be charged around £40 ish if I want to book with them. This made me angry. I found my service very unpleasant

Highly recommend the Park Lane Practice. The receptionist staff are polite, friendly and helpful. Dr Hakeem is wonderful. She is both friendly and professional, and always explains what she is doing and why. I feel fortunate to have her as my dentist.

Have been coming to Park Lane for many years now with my family. Always friendly and helpful. We love our dentist, she is fantastic, and can't recommend her enough. Hopefully, she continues to offer NHS treatment for many years to come.

John Whelan was our family dentist. I believe he is no longer at this practice. We still haven't been offered an alternative dentist. Who will provide dental care for my family?

Me and my family have been going to this dentist for years and I can’t fault it. Dr Hakeem has always been great with us all especially my youngest daughter who has been worried about the dentist, she puts her at ease at every contact. We have always been seen on-time and get a review appointment every 6 months. The reception team are very friendly and helpful to!
