I always get my nails done here. They tend to last really well and I've never had to wait long. Over the last few years I've had nails from most of the staff so I would say they are all well trained.

Great gel nails in this lovely new salon. Family run very friendly, clean and with a good selection of colours. Also had my eyebrows threaded they look much better. Takes cards offered a cup of tea and had several beauty treatments at a competitive price. I’m sure it will do well in Earls Court.

Quality has significantly decreased! I used to come to this nail salon regularly from when it first opened until lockdown last year. Back then I would have rated it 5 stars. I came every few weeks to get a dipping powder mani and sometimes a pedi also. The couple who owned it were excellent and the staff were very good, especially a woman named Nancy who was the best at dipping powder.I came back today now that third lockdown has ended. I don’t see any of the same staff or the owners. I also came here a few times last autumn when we were not in lockdown and I also didn’t see anyone that had previously worked here. I’m not sure if the owners have changed but the quality has really dropped. If the same lovely Vietnamese couple still owns this place, I would suggest they need to spend more time training and overseeing their new staff. I inquired about them today and was told they have 2 nail salons and are working at the other one. Perhaps they should split their time between the two shops for better quality control.Today was the worst. I was so excited to get a mani after months of home manicures. I decided to get dipping powder again in a fun bright pink shade. The woman who did my nails was not very precise and I had nail glue / pink powder all over my fingertips at the end. I spent probably 5 minutes using a nail brush at the sink but couldn’t get most of it to come off. I sat back at the table and she informed me I was done. I showed her all the pink spots on my nails and also mentioned she didn’t even used any lotion on my hands. She then used some nail polish remover and cuticle nippers to get rid of some of the glue on my skin.But the worst part is that she tells me “it’s dipping powder. It’s the colour” indicating it wasn’t her sloppy work, it was just what happens with dipping powder. Now I know that can happen a little bit sometimes but not in numerous places on every nail! If she would have just cleaned it up without trying to make excuses I would have left without saying anything further. However after that comment I informed her that I’ve had dipping powder many times and that wasn’t how it should come out, it’s that she did a poor job and needs greater attention to detail.Please see the picture. This pic was taken just now after she cleaned up my nails - she got rid of some of the big spots but there are still lots of little spots on my nails. It has been more than 7 hours since I left the salon and I’ve both washed my hands numerous times and picked off more of the glue polish from my skin. I wish I had a pic from when she was “done” before I had her fix it. Also I’ve since noticed that some nails were not filed well (see top corner of my ring finger where my rounded off nails go into a point that is not painted).I will try coming here again because I used to really love this nail salon. However I will not let that woman do my nails again and if this poor quality recurs I will be finding a new salon.

Went to this place for the couple of months and everything was fine/loved my nails when was done with male technicians. Now came for infills again and got a female technician who definitely was rushing to go back home as she didn’t want to change the flaws as bubbles and uneven application. Also, the color didn’t work out as wanted+ nails are all different lengths…. honestly loved going to this place till the latest appointment I had. Not sure if I want to go back to it or will book male technicians only from now on

Although the staff were very friendly sadly I didn't have the best experience. The appointment started late and I chose a fabulous, slightly more expensive 3D effect colour for my gel deluxe manicure. Something went wrong in the application...there seemed to be a bit of confusion around the colour I chose between the staff. The appointment ran way over and I sadly had to rush off back to work , with a colour I did not want and no 3D effect. I have emailed the salon to ask if I can have it re-done but have had no reply. I was not charged the extra for the 3D but really do not like this colour I'm stuck with :(

First time customer L'Amour, Earls Court. The staff were friendly (offering everyone warm drinks and smiles) I also observed during my treatment that they have great attention to detail. They restored my nail situation" to excellent condition. I will be switching to L'Amour for my nails regularly moving forward!"

The staff are very friendly and the prices are reasonable. I get Shellac done there for a very good price. I am extremely happy with this salon and the team that work there. Highly recommended.

I am having nails infill for 15 years and this experience was the worst I’ve ever had.One nails broken just one day after and the other 3/4 nails chipped within 10 days. In my previous places i never had a single nail broken within 4-5 weeks.They have done my nails “infill + shellac” and “Pedicure + shellac” in 1 hour and 10 min !!! How that can even be possible, such a poor quality RUSH job !Pedicures only need one hour of proper treatment, right?Don’t waste your money in this place.
