Buxton Hand Car Wash

I was very happy with the valet however my £140 branded car mats were replaced with cheap ones when I questioned it I was told they were just upside down, which was ridiculous then everyone forgot how to speak English, my car phone mount is also missing ...don't use these guys total crooks

Absolutely terrible without doubt the worst car wash I've ever used they missed loads of bits around the car including almost the whole of one side they don't wash the wheels at all they just use water to rinse them off.I did go back and the guy in charge sorted it out but still missed a few little bits. I definitely won't be using them again

The worst car wash I've ever used. Went for a super valet and they didn't even hoover the interior! Door shuts were untouched. Boot was untouched. Do not go here!

Their website states they're open from 9am on a Sunday. They arrived at 10.10am! Not a great start!I asked the guy NOT to use the jet wash on my front spoiler as there is an M Sport decal/ sticker. He didn't but didn't pass this info to his colleague who did and he blasted part of the decal off!! Then neither of them had the decency to tell me they'd done it! I stopped my car, got out and checked at their car wash entrance to see part of the decal missing. I saw no point to say anything because what are they going to do about it now!?Awful service and worthy of no stars!! Also they didn't bother washing the wheels either!!Not worth the £7 they're charging!!Definitely won't be going back there.

Awful job. Waste of £7. Didn't even touch the wheels which is the sole reason I went there as I have brake dust issues lol. Whole process was rushed and unenthusastic. Zero interest in doing a good job. Could do a better job myself at the £2 BP station machines with a sponge. Start to finish was a mere 2 minutes quick rinse. Will not be using again. Avoid.

Waited twice as long for car to be washed as one guy was washing my car and one behind me at same time.UPDATE - After I wrote the above while waiting inside the shed the guy started washing 3 more cars.I paid and left without waiting longer for the car to be dried.I was told if they don’t start washing people drive away and they lose business. Not washing cars in the order they arrive has also lost them business.

I've only been here once with my friend who as trouble washing her owen car. From what ive seen the service their give is first class and the prices are very reasonable

This is a bit out of town but easy enough to find. They had enough staff not to keep you waiting long too.My car was a bit on the mucky side to say the least, but the guys got it done, both inside and out.No issues whatsoever ever, cleaned and looking way better. Staff were polite and got the job done quickly. Waiting and interior clean is done undercover, so way better than a forecourt.£15 for inside and out, but other levels were available. Why would you do it yourself?

£9 to wash a transit van. Rinsed, soap sprayed on rinsed off! That was it! When it had dried still covered in dead bugs, no effort to wash top, windscreen not leathered! Really poor service. Won’t be going again. Last time I went here he didn’t turn up for work! 1 star is being generous.

Just called & had a ‘£15 mini valet’ & they’ve not even done the boot!!Very disappointing & annoying so won’t be returning and won’t be recommending them either.
