June, Brain and myself would like to say a very big thank you to Adele and the team at Naylor's of Driffield for all the kind words and help they give use right from the first meeting.Adele really took all the pressure of our shoulders at such a sad time.We knew that if there was any problems, we could just pick up the phone and call, even just have a chat.We would highly recommend Naylor's.

Absolutely fantastic,after recently losing my mum. The staff at Henry Naylors were kind, caring and helped give my mum everything she had wanted including a custom design coffin. You ask and they will deliver in every aspect from aftercare to the funeral and beyond.

I couldn't thank the staff at Henry Naylor's enough for their kindness during what was such a difficult time. Michael, in particular, made us feel at ease when discussing our options and we never felt pressurised at any stage. I would highly recommend them. They add a personal touch which goes above and beyond: whether it's offering you a tea or coffee, or the quick phone-call just to see how you are getting on, I could not fault them.

When I started out as a humanist funeral celebrant in 2013, the very first ceremony I conducted was for Henry Naylor. In almost nine years of conducting funerals with them I have never known them anything other than totally professional. It's always a pleasure to be asked to help them. Michael Broadley is perfectly suited to being a funeral director, and Julie Gaines is super efficient behind the scenes.

Our Mum Phyllis was nearly 103 years old when she sadly passed away. We cannot praise Henry Naylor enough, for the way the funeral service/celebration of her long life, was conducted. A special thanks to Nick Tindall for his care and compassion. David and Maxine Hirst.

Henry Naylor's were fantastic at helping us through our recent bereavement and helping with the arrangements.From the start they showed us compassion and gave us all the time we needed, we were not rushed or forced into making any decisions we didn't want to. Having used a well known national Funeral Directors in the past and being dis satisfied with their service, H.Naylor's win hands down over them. It's so nice to be treated as a valued customer and not just a number, we shall certainly be using them again in the very distant future I hope.Many thanks to all the staff there.

We were treated with respect and compassion at all times. Nothing was too much trouble and advice was offered when we were uncertain of anything. Sadly, we have had to use Naylor's on a few times in the past and each time they manage to bring something more to their already caring professionalism.
