I purchased a professionally converted VW T28 Transporter Camper Van that was within it's 3 year warranty. Issue identified with the rear 'Barn Doors' locking mechanism not unlocking. I contacted Cornwallis and arranged for it to booked in for examination. All sorted without any issues over a 2 day period (parts delayed) and provided a 70 plated T6.1 van for use. Brilliant service.This was then followed up with what was initially thought to be a battery issue around starting. In for 3 days, courtesy vehicle supplied (FOC) where no faults were found - vehicle subsequently failed to start. Long & short of it was: No fault codes to work with, any number of issues in play but after having the vehicle for over 2 weeks, all four injectors found to be at fault and replaced. Courtesy T6.1 loaned throughout.I've never had to deal with a commercial dealership in the past but throughout a 6 week or so period Cordwallis were exceptional - especially 'Europe' who kept me informed throughout during a very frustrating period in my early experience of buying an expensive vehicle that has a solid reputation for reliability. On this occasion Cordwallis flew the flag for the VW group successfully and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you.

Appalling service, had our yearly service and cambelt with them December 2020 only to find out the day after there was no oil in the car as they had not fitted the the filter back on correctly! And the oil was also all over our block driveway! Contacted them and we had to arrange for the truck to be taken to them before they would repair which they did after we got the truck to them, they also attempted to clean the driveway but they was not able to remove any of the oil, have since contacted them and heard nothing back, after paying over £1400 for the work carried out by them would have been nice for them to have them sorted out driveway due to there own careless work.

We left our van for MOT, they gave us another van to use for the day that they had to fix ours, which was dirty and we had to touch everything that others touched before. When we came to pick up our van of course the car was dirty and no one cleaned or sanitized specialy due to Covid-19. When we asked them about it a manager jus came with wet wipes and cleaned “anything they touched he said” but still the car was left with white bags that before they sat and done their work inside. Disgusting and unacceptable service, specially now in these kind of days tha they should be really carefull with cleaning l. Never again.

Absolutely best team ever. Gentleman at the service desk is very patient and friendly, always keen to help in difficult situation. If only every garage was as good as yours world would be a better place THANKS

I ordered a part and it arrived the next day - they even delivered it to my home address. The gentleman in parts was very pleasant and polite. Super impressed with the service. I will take my vans there in the future.

Took truck in for PMI and software update. Arrived early and was served straight away. Quick and courteous. Chairs and coffee/water in the waiting area.

they do the job but I do t rate them ...there is always something not done...anyone mention door and windows!
