Called re nails and didn't get reply for about 5 hours.

WARNING...AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTWent to get roots coloured after lockdown and was left with a brassy orange / yellow band. Went back two days later to get it fixed and was still the same. Back again today and the co-owner of the shop (Siobhan) was rude and had a terrible attitude. She claimed it would be ‘fixed’ with a toner but when it came of I had a darker band and pink patches. When I pointed this out she again became arrogant and rude and took over the re-applying and blow drying from the stylist, and I can only say I don’t know what hairdressing training she has done as it was the worst blow dry and style I’ve ever had.I have been blocked from their Facebook page to prevent me uploading the photos I have.I certainly won’t be back and would not recommend to family and friends .

Fantastic visit to have a lovely hair updo with Patricia. The premises are so chic and the service makes you feel special and important. Patricia can do wonders with any hair even mine!! Strongly recommend xxx
