Bell House Medical Centre

they dont call you for any general check ups, also they dont book any apointments, thelephone appointments are not good at all, allways answer late. my brother has not got any check up for the 2 years i have been here, since he was 6, and now he is 8.

Previously gave a one star review but I had to come back and change it as my review was no longer in line with my experience of the surgery. Services have improved and have had a positive impact on my health which I will forever be grateful for. My prescriptions are dealt with swiftly and correctly and the receptionists are really friendly. The only gripe I have is access for disabled people and parking but due to the busy road/location of the surgery I won’t let that effect my score.

So happy with the care and consideration of all the team at Bell house. Mum was referred to Bell house after 61 years after being a patient at Wenlock surgery after its closure on 28th July. I can’t praise the staff at Bell House enough for the compassion and care. They have shown a smooth transition of Mums medications. Excellent service from the receptionist to the doctors.I have found the service provided by everyone brilliant.The staff are very friendly and helpful. Yes, appointments are hard to get but I have numerous health issues and I have never been unable to speak to someone.Keep up the good work you lovely ladies provide in sometimes very distressing circumstances.

Receptionist don’t have any polite manner. Other side of doctor(Abubakar)are very apologetic. Medical Center needs to word with them. Always you can see two lady inside the reception very busy with chatting.

I don't like Dr sule, I don't know if she's still there but once I went for emergency appointment as I had a terrible ear pain, Dr sule was very rude and angry that apparently it was not emergency, she also told me that there was nothing wrong; later that evening the pain got worse and I visited NHS walk in centre in town centre and the nurse told me I had a bad ear infection with lump inside and she immediately gave me antibiotics which made me well, the nurse also told me that I wasn't wrong to get an emergency appointment as the pain was unbearable and its been a few days already, they offered me no normal appointments, also Dr Duffy is, a bit moodyy too, not very friendly at all. The junior doctors are far more nice than the original doctors at this practice

The Best surgery in Luton! Receptionists are soooo lovely every time I go in. Even on the phone they are so friendly. Very caring Doctors especially my Three Favourite Dr Butt, Varghese & Abubacker! And the gentle Angel Dr Una Duffy. Thank you for always looking out for me.

AVOID!!!! These people don’t care when you are at the end of life care! They can’t do any of their jobs…. Refused to give a dying cancer patient (my father) his morphine even though they could have. And they are the reason his cancer has been diagnosed at stage four. If you don’t give a monkeys about your health then go here!

rude and incompetent reception staff, woman on the phone speaking in a very condescending manner. please train staff, absolutley ridiculous

Most of the time it has been very difficult to get an appointment for my elderly parents, they have had to use the urgent care centre & other services.The staff I have been dealing with recently have tried their best to help us. My mum has had a leg infection for 3 weeks and is in pain & finding it very difficult to walk. Thank you Sam & Nicky at reception & Dr Duffy & Dr Abu Baker for everything you are doing.
