St Giles Veterinary Centre

This is the best Veterinary Service I have ever dealt with. The care and support from all at St Giles is excellent with the whole team making sure both animals (and human) needs are totally considered. If I could give more than 5 stars.... Thank you all from Mike, Laraine and Liz Fletcher

Sara pretty much saved our Golden Retriever, Princes life, we took him to the vets not long after we had adopted him after he was vomiting a lot, she operated after checking him over and corrected a blockage in his intestine. Cant rate this vets highly enough, went abobe and beyond with his care and professionalism.

I had the pleasure of going with St Giles for my cat's dental work. After being quoted an extortionate amount for my cat's dental work at the clinic she was with, we were advised to call St Giles, who gave a much more affordable quote and understood our situation. We were very pleased with the professionalism and how accomodated they made us feel. My cat's procedure went well, they abided by best practices such as intravenous fluids, they kept us in the loop the whole time, even going as far as providing us with a very helpful personalised aftercare sheet, which not a lot of practices do in my experience. I would 100% recommend this clinic, they truly care about their pet patients and owners, I'll only be taking my cat here from now on! Thank you so much St Giles!

First time I've used this vets as I've heard good things. Took our puppy for his jabs and all the staff where absolutely amazing! The vet was so thorough and answered all my questions and concerns! She was absolutely brilliant with our little Teddy! Thank you x

We are/was on holiday and our cockapoo Dooley was not eating due to his metacam pain meds rung St Giles at 10.00am and spoke the a lovely lady who said they could see Dooley today at 12.15 pm (this was a Saturday morning too) said they would get his medical records from his vets , when we got there the service and staff were amazing so kind and helpful the vet took time to understand Dooleys needs and past history gave him a really good examination explaining what treatment he could have and what might be causing his problems overall experience was very good and we got a full written report of what had been discussed. Dooley came away with his meds and we felt very reassured, a hour after his meds Dooley was starting to eat and in less pain. I would highly recommend St Giles Centre for all the different services they offer. Thank you so much to all the staff.

The best vets I have ever known. I know, I have dealt with lots being a Farmer. Unlike most vets the animals welfare is more important than money. Sarah saved out dogs eyesight when Priory vets only option was to remove it for £900 St Giles charged just £300 and saved the eye

Have used St Giles now for almost a year. They actually listen to you, and even give advice over the phone. The vets and reception staff are amazing, a team of wonderful women and will continue coming here for as long as we live in the area. However, a few months ago we had one vet who we'd never seen give us terrible advice regarding adopting another rescue cat. She gave us conflicting advice, told us cats are solitary animals and prefer to live alone etc. She made us feel terrible for adopting another cat, and treated us like we were much younger than we are. We haven't seen her since and hope not to, as the rest of the staff are always so wonderful.
