Iv used your move a couple of times to sell and buy. I would definitely reccomend as they where all fab. Sold both my properties super quick. Massive thanks to all the staff especially Rebecca she kept me updated through the whole process.

What a team! We have had such a difficult sale lasting 19 months, Rebekah just kept on going reminding us it wasn't our fault or anything about the house, she was just amazing support. We offered to go elsewhere but Steve and his amazing team never gave up on us, kept finding us new viewings but unfortunately chains just kept on collapsing, with legal cost increasing each time. We will always be totally grateful for their determination and professionalism. The last person to offer was not engaged in the purchase but we stuck with them until a buyer we had rejected turned up saying they were ready to exchange tomorrow if we were still willing. How could we refuse when our latest offer was no where near an exchange? We said yes but told only our solicitor; not even Your Move. They were the first to phone and congratulate us. We need to give a massive THANK YOU

Absolutely awful experience. Complete lack of ethics and honesty. We offered on a house, YourMove explain seller already has a sale to a buyer who has messed them around, and wants us essentially to race them to completion. We decline and increase our offer for exclusive sale, offer accepted. We find out over 4months into the sale, after spending thousands on legal fees and specialist surveys, that they are withdrawing from our sale. In short they never withdrew from sale to the previous buyer despite the express promises from YourMove that they would not do this. Obviously YourMove are acting surprised the sellers decided to do this. Do not trust them, complete lack of integrity. Basically don’t care if they ruin your life as long as they get their fee. If I could rate them 0/5 I would. Complaint will be incoming via the formal channels.

Your Move, Oswestry are absolutely outstanding, in every respect. Every member of the team make it their business keep you fully informed during both the buying and selling process, and that has been invaluable. In our case, they have been simply brilliant. Some cases are easier than others, I suspect, but they earned every penny of their fee in our situation. It's a very different economy to how it was a couple of years back and Your Move have demonstrated how they can make a positive difference in a challenging market. Absolutely highly recommend.

Your Move are helping to sell my parents house and i hear through them they are very reasured and all questions are answered in depth, my parents feel heard and confident in a very anxiety evoking process. So I would very much recommend Your Move, they know how to quash fears while being sensitive to different situations. They have been encouraging when necessary and truthfull and honest when needed. More than 5 stars! Made me feel secure that my parents are being treated fairly and with the respect they need. And I also feel respect for our beautiful house.

we highly recommend Your Move, Oswestry should you be buying or selling a property or for rental properties. We asked them to find tenants for us for our rental properties as we had sold our house through them many years ago and that was such a good experience. Everyone we dealt with in the office was so helpful, friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble. Their communication (both by phone and email) was first class and they always got back to us with any queries. No hesitation in giving them 5 stars.
