Went there to get a balayage. Worst experience ever. That lady who did my hair was reckless and handed my hair carelessly . Pulled my hair so badly causing me a headache. The wash was done very badly and the results are worst. Spoiled my hair . Felt like a waste of my money and time. It was worst experience ever. Would never go there again. Not recommend.

I went in without an appointment for just a dry cut. There was no conversation and barely a smile. I have no problem with the haircut itself, and if I lived closer I'd probably go there again, possibly to sort my grey hair out.

I went without an appointment but they were kind enough to accommodate me. The staff was lovely and my hair dresser Sabrina understood the assignment and gave me a completely new look. I absolutely love it!

I would like to say openly that I am a person who visited this hair saloon in a half mind to check my fortune by testing my favourite hair straightening style here. Boz I have gone through all reviews and the negative reviews struck my mind.But truly to say , all the hair dressers in Mopheads are doing their best and they are trying their maximum to make their customers happy.I feel like, if I missed to try this salon, definitely it would be a big loss for me. All the hair stylists here, are concentrating much in their work and within the individual allocated time , they are trying to get out the best they can. Especially, I would like to point out the name of my hair stylist Marita( I think so that this is her name - plz pardon me if I got the name wrong).She is very dedicated in hair styling .She didn’t even missed to care my single strands of hair. I am writing this review to help others who put their leg behind after reading other reviews. She also explained in detail about the after care regarding how to manage the hair after this treatment and regarding the usage of budget friendly post treatment shampoos and conditioners.I am once again thanking for efforts and dedication of all the staffs in Mopheads.

Brilliant hair dressers very friendly I don't go anywhere else

I went to wash my hair and cut. I had oil in my hair as I always pre oil before I wash as you should. While washing my hair they didn’t wash it properly so I asked if they could Dewan it and the lady with red hair who worked there said “even fairy liquid couldn’t wash that hair” and my hair also was cut unevenly. Poor service. Only go if you want to support a racist business
