House of Fraser is a SCAM. AVOID, AVOID, AVOIDOrdered a birthday gift with 1-day delivery. Received that 3 days after birthday party and it was faulty. After several tries and staying at home for collection returned the Item 26 days ago. I still have not recieved the money. They say we have not recieved the item while DPD tracking shows delivered to them 25 days ago ( 671862303 DPD tracking number).They don't even have a phone number and their customer service always copy and past 1 line of rubbish.I know they ask me here to let them know the details again as I have provided them several times. This ia why I let them know the order number: HOF40000071401939AVOID. AVOID AVOID
