I am very pleased with the service given by Solar Daddy and Adam who organised the service of my solar panels as part of my service agreement. The contractors turned up as agreed on time and we're straight onto the job and carried out the checks of the solar panels and associated equipment.The engineer was friendly and efficient checking with me that I was happy with the work they carried out. I initially called and spoke to Adam who booked me in. I spent an hour and a half talking with David at my property. I can't speak highly enough of him. He was warm, friendly, easy to talk to, clear, concise and helpful with his advice. I trusted what he told me. He didn't rush me, gave me time and was a good listener. He recommended a maintenance plan for our solar panels. I had a follow up call with Sam who took my feedback. I am waiting to proceed because my solar panels are currently not working following a new roof.

Adam has been very helpful and tried hard to help us when frequent cancellations have occurred. His manner is friendly and courteous and he has tried hard to help. Cannot fault him. I am giving 5 stars for Adam, but until problems are resolved cannot give feedback on the company. It won’t be 5 stars.

I was in two minds whether to go for a battery system for our solar panels, but after seeing the Solar Daddy pamphlet and made a call, Sam gave a very clear explanation of the installation process. I look forward to having it all working in a few weeks from now. Sam also gave me a generous discount which certainly helped in my decision making.

Very good experience with booking my solar panel cleaning and bird proofing. The engineer worked hard and were thorough and very professional.Adam helped in booking and managing the process and he did brilliantly well by updating on the process and checking that work was done to our satisfaction.

The engineer arrive on time, a quick phone call to say what time he will arrive, very polite didn’t make me feel uneasy - asked if everything was ok with the panels and if we had any problems, we had a general chat, he left us with a brochure to look through, very professional - our engineers name was David Russell, also a big thanks to Adam Singh customer representative for booking us in for our health check, and the texts reminding us of the date, and to say the engineer would call us when he was near. Who could have thought having your solar panels bird protected and cleaned, could’ve been so satisfying! Our workmen arrived 2 days early, which was brilliant. They worked like demons to finish the work despite appalling weather- and still left with a smile on their faces. A job brilliantly done. Thanks to the roofers and staff member Adam.

The guy that comes every year is possibly the most enthusiastic person i have ever spoken to about renewable energy! I enjoy the service visits even if it is to just tell me everything is working great.I do have great difficulty understanding the very strong accents of the call handlers that book these visits though, possibly the IP Phone connections with the accents makes it very difficult to understand but we get there eventually.
