Had two MOT’s here recently, both were booked at short notice with plenty of spaces. Given my VW garage could “fit me in” in 3 weeks, this was a bonus. For both tests the tester was spot on - fast (took just under 45 mins) and diligent. One failed, one didn’t, which is the way of the world. Commendations to as well to the poor chap behind the counter who had to deal with a whiny customer who wasn’t happy to wait for their service and expected a personal phone call because of this. They then continued to complain for a good 10 minutes while he patiently explained how a busy garage works.

If you buy tyres from Asda make sure that you don't come here. They don't take in consideration the appointment hour when you order your tyres on Asda website. In my case I was having an appointment for 12.30 and I been told that it will be done by evening as they are not communicating with Asda. Also the lad who is at reception is quite rude and arrogant. Will avoid this place from now on.

Have been using them for close to 10 years now but sadly the customer service has really gone downhill in recent years. Booked a Saturday morning MOT weeks in advance only to be told on arrival that they had over booked, and I would be looking at a 2-3 hour wait. No apology and made to feel that I was somehow putting them out! They have all my contact details and could have easily given me a call in advance to let me know. This is the second time this happened with them. Its simple customer service and common courtesy to keep customers informed rather than wasting their time.

Worst service! Cannot give them 0 stars, left them a review 3 weeks ago after they made me replace my tyres for no reason. Some customer service got in touch and after explaining them the situation , she said i will be contacted by they area manager within few days..joking right? No even until today got any calls or email etc. Don't trust this garage if you value your money. But don't believe me, see for yourself

Just arrived , supposed to be here 12.15 for my booked appt. Told got to wait at least till 2pm . No call to inform me , doesn't matter if I made an appt apparently would still have to wait like everyone else. Had to ask for my keys to be moved off the reception desk and put somewhere safe. Requested a refund so I could go somewhere else but have to go through head office to try and get that back. Like we all have a few hundred pound spare nowadays. So stuck here with a sick kid at home, no lunch and a wasted half a day off work. They were too busy to call me. I'll never come here again. The side light bulb just gone as well. So probably be paying for that little buld.

Booked MOT at very short notice?! Ross and his team were absoloutely first class.. Did the job in the specified time without fuss or delay!! As yet the best service we have experienced from 5 different establishments used for services and Mot's on both our cars!Cannot/Would not fault them!Thanks Eddie C

I had my wheel alignment done here today after waiting MONTHS from the original date of booking. On the original appointment date, I was told they were running on a busy schedule and asked me to come back another time. When I called them the following week, I was told the electronic equipment used for tracking isn't working and they will need to get it fixed before I come in. Finally after months I managed to get it done today. Finished in less than half an hour.

Bad customer service. Booked an appointment for service. Didn’t take my car in as they took other works which came after me and said cannot finish on time. No call backs for confirmation. Staff rude on the phone as well.
