Hotel Du Vine was a pure delight.In the middle of Poole, a charming site.The staff are lovely, a friedly face,in every corner, they make feel warm the space.The rooms are grand, a splendid sight,Comfort and style, both day and night.Elegant decor, beds so fine,In each detail, they truly shine.Yet, when it comes to culinary feats,the food lacks a flavour, your mouth won't get treats.Make sure to book even they do have plenty seats,and the price is okay no surprises with receipts.

Hotel du Vin Poole
Lovely weekend stay here for our daughters wedding. We stayed in a deluxe room which was very nice indeed. Really appreciated the addition of a coffee machine in the room. The only complaint I would make is the mattress was rather soft & dipped in the normal sleeping position. I had to move to the middle where it was firmer. Also during the night I was kept awake with perhaps what sounded like a continuous noise of the boiler turning on & off? It was however very enjoyable returning to this hotel where I worked as a trainee manager then housekeeper in the 80's. Some of the original, memorable character still remains.

Excellent all round. From walking through the door to a super comfy room, lush shower, peaceful sleep, and a beautiful breakfast. I felt relaxed and taken care of. The only one bad thing was that I had to leave. Compliments to you all.

I really like this hotel. From the moment I walked in the staff were actually really helpful, the room was lovely and the location was really cool being close to the water and surrounded with older buildings and some lovely pubs. Five stars without a doubt.

Hotel du Vin Poole
Went here for a wedding. Delicious food served by very attentive staff. To say I barely noticed them is a good thing. They weren't overbearing and were very polite and professional.The bar area and courtyard of the hotel itself was very, very pleasant for the wedding. Everyone seemed to have a lovely time, including the bride and groom!

Excellent food and friendly staff. Our room was not a nice as we had hoped. We had one problem which we were given a partial refund. Parking is restricted but we would return as the overall experience was pleasant.

Hotel du Vin Poole
Whenever I visit Poole for work, I always hope I get to stay in Hotel du Vin.The staff are always so friendly and helpful. The rooms are really nice, warm and clean. The beds are super comfy too. They also have the best hotel breakfast in the area. The location is great too, close to some nice restaurants, coffee shops and of course, the quay.Overall, would definitely recommend staying here.

We came for Sunday lunch. What a find this is. Service was absolutely fantastic and the staff were so kind to my nan who’s got Alzheimer’s. The market buffet is just so lovely and fresh and tasty and all the food was great. Best partWas it was peaceful finally somewhere not trying to be “family orientated” no kids running around screaming. Just a lovely setting, great service and food we can’t believe we haven’t been before. Definitely coming back soon.

Stayed previously with my wife last year where we had a lovely night away. Good food, great staff. The room loses a star for being good but not great and hidden away through a labyrinth of stairs and corridors [in an old building].Still would revisit and recommend. Cracking location for a night away at Poole Quays.

Hotel du Vin Poole
Great bar and restaurant, superb spot in Poole. Guha the barman was exceptional, going out of his way to make my wife’s favourite cocktail (and her day) which wasn’t on the menu. Looking forward to going back to try the Sunday lunch which looked amazing!
