Really friendly staff, excellent choice and very good prices, they also have the embroidery service to monogram garments which was a good touch.

When trying out a chair that I loved the look of, I attempted to find it on the website to see if I could get it delivered to my hometown. A staff member came over shouting for me to get up and off the display and before I could even say anything then proceeded to tell another employee, who seemed to be new, to be alert for people like me who clearly isn’t going to buy anything, loud enough that everyone in that area of the store could hear. Humiliating and put me off purchasing anything as I felt everyone was staring at me. I assume the woman was a manager and I highly suggest she gets some retraining as she lacks customer service skills and is clearly in no position to be training up new employees if her advice is to be as rude as she is.

Great H&M Home concept store. Next to the latest H&M Home collection you can also buy fresh flowers downstairs or have a coffee in their cafe. Love the affordable assortment, and the store is an interior design dream. Worth a visit!

Great store, with a variety of home goods, even the ones which appear to be sold out online. Worth checking them out, even have some sales from time to time :)

We went here a couple of weekends ago. Looked around the shop, picked up some items and went to pay. The lady started putting our shopping through then suddenly went on the phone to argue with the person on the phone about her wanting to go home because she’s not feeling well. 1, this was a worry because she was standing close to us not feeling well? We didn’t want to catch it!! And 2, she completely ignored us for about 10 mins until we gave up and left our items and left!! The staff would rather argue on the phone about going home than serve customers!!!!!
