Where do I start. Broken power socket caused by the electrician who said he'd be back following day. Never showed. Called jeffway who said it would be done the following week. Electrician never had the part. Called the following weekday and told it would be sorted. Never got back to me. Called a couple of days ago and told it would be done today 7/723. No one has shown up. Called office and told they were going to ring the electrician now and get back to me in a few minutes. That was over 30 minutes ago. Called office again and no reply. Useless.

If there was a no star they will get it absolutely shocking customer service work wise not very good quality finish get told one thing by one person then something else by someone else kitchen is still not finished after about ten weeks and it's a small kitchen around ten foot by ten foot squared work tops are expanding through poor sealant or Sall I say no sealant will not recommend this company it just goes to show not one person is qualified as it states in there job site as long as ur compident you get the job jokers

I saw the workers smoking and dropping cigarette butt's in our communal car park, but more unimpressively using the pub opposite to drink pints while waiting for goods to be delivered (both men were drivers too).

I am a Bristol City council tenant that I’ve just had her kitchen redone by Jeff Way . Some of the workers absolutely amazing but the company itself I wouldn’t trust them to build a dogs kennel absolutely disgusting service. Never get no answers out of them extremely rude

Bathroom refit via landlord contract started 4th March 2022 stillwaiting for snagging to be completed, jeffway work on their time only, plumbing has been botched, full of false promises and bad timekeeping never a full days work completed if corners can be cut so be it! Not very professional for a company, and neither time managed very well. The company need to be more organised. And think how the client feels would you accept the way you work if it was money out of your own pockets. Very disappointed customer.

Amazing service & brilliant work, had a new kitchen put in & every one of the lads that came here were lovely, really polite & professional. I would recommend them highly & would tell everyone to use this business, also can’t forget the lady on the phone (Sarah) was great.

They were the electrical contractor when my flat was fitted out in 2016. I bought it and moved in April 2020. Trouble on central heating finally identified as installation of bathroom zone control thermostats outside bathrooms, and control unit indicator lights installed back to front, 8 - 1 instead of 1-8. Emailed Jeffway to fix their construction errors offering day rate and no recriminations. No reply.
