Went into bingham specsavers today to have some glasses repaired, nothing was to much trouble , did a great job repairing the glasses, was served by a lovely gentleman , thankyou.

This place is so unorganised its untrue.The left eye doesn't know what the right eye is doing.4 Fridays on the trott wasted due to them not knowing what they are doing.Trying out contacts, not having others in stock, having to re order, more journeys into Bingham for them to order only one side when we need to try both together!!.Time to find somewhere professional and who know what they're doing.

Most helpful ——- all staff Very Friendly ———— lot cheaper than Boots ——- THEY were charging £450 for JUST REPLACEMENT LENSES in my Favourite Frames ——— I bought New FRAMES & Lenses for a LOT LESS ———- So I did NOT feel RIPPED OFF at Specsavers ———— even the gentleman that tested my eyes asked if they had upset me in anyway as I had GONE to Boots for my last specs NO I replied You did not have the Frames I Required ———-Bingham Specsavers ——— 11/10 ———— Gillian Turner ————— Fantastic love my Specs ——— lots of complimentsThank You Wonderful Staff .

I never had a blood pressure test,or hearing test, both of which I was told I could have for free, at the end of my appointment I was given 3 different prices, finally I was told my glasses would be ready for collection on a certain day but then told collection would be a week later.

A very helpful lady served me. However, when I mentioned online suppliers and their competitive pricing structure a male colleague, who wasn't even involved in the discussion, chipped in with 'well just buy from them then'. Very rude. I'll go elsewhere now.
