Very good and extremely helpful glaziers, from customer care to finished result.Not only for the finished work and speed but their follow up care - will makes things right if needs be, as they did with my mirrored gilt side tables. They replaced it free of charge due to it being marked, and even cut mirrored glass to a better fit than before.I would highly recommend this local glazier.John

I contacted W3 Glass for a quote for a bespoke piece of furniture. After speaking with a lady she asked me to send her some images and dimensions which I provided.I didn’t hear back from her for 2 days and after I eventually chased up what was possible regarding the system and glass fitting she replied back stating that they were under the assumption there were hinges already fitted and that they wouldn’t be able to help...Not only did they have the 5 images to observe, they completely disregarded my complaint and decided to ignore me once I questioned the lady about the service I received.Terrible customer service and would definitely not recommend this company to anyone after the experience I had.

We used West 3 Glass to replace conservatory windows. They were responsive, professional, friendly and very competitive on price. They dealt well with a change of spec during the job and also coordinated with other trades as required to replace some rotten wood in the conservatory frame which was matched to the existing structure.The quality of finish was excellent and they were happy to provide advice on certain aspects of the work where we were perhaps going to make suboptimal choices without a gentle steer.Highly recommended!

Despite contacting a number of glaziers for a quote, many took a long time to get back to us, or not at all - but Vale Glass responded immediately, giving us the best quote by far. The next day they dropped off a sample of our chosen colour, and within a few days they installed our new splashback. A beautiful neat job and a pleasure to deal with.
