I can only agree with other negative reviews! Zero communication, no faults from the retailer apart from using this courier! They’ve had my item well over a week now, won’t answer the phone or emails, tracking doesn’t work. Have asked retailer to cancel the order and I’ll get the furniture elsewhere (with a retailer who doesn’t use these!) strongly advise you cancel any order if these are delivering as you’ll be in for a nightmare!

Waited all afternoon for my delivery, did not show up, wasn't contacted by the company in any way, shape or form. Just checked the link to the last text I received (8th December) and tracking now shows delivery between 3 and 6pm today. What a load of coblers. Who doesn't contact a customer and advise they can't deliver. Can't wait to contact them later this morning so that I can escalate to a manager. Failing that I'm going on a tirade. Sick of these useless companies lack of respect or ethics towards customers. If we didn't need to have items delivered, you wouldn't have a job.

It would have been 5 stars had I not been delivered the wrong item twice. However the delivery teams each time were super and could not have been more helpful and i was kept informed by the office staff what was happening to resolve error. Got a call each time 30 minutes before delivery

Absolutely hopeless. They claim to provide a timed delivery which is simply not true. I requested delivery between 8AM and 4PM, and they scheduled the delivery outside of these times. This then happened a further FIVE TIMES! Each time I spoke with them I was told they would make a note and reschedule, only to receive a further call informing me they will deliver outside of these times. I gave up in the end.

They damaged a large mirror whilst delivering a bed, the drivers were rushed and whilst apologetic should have taken the advice they were given.The company are now completely ignoring all attempts to contact them regarding the damage. I didn’t choose to use this company as I’m sure many don’t but certainly wouldn’t recommendAtrocious customer service

If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely atrocious company.Lazy deliver drivers. Disgusting customer service. No one even speaks English!My partner is sick with 3 hernias and had to carry 3 extremely heavy rolls of flooring to the second floor. Now he will have to be hospitalised because of this and all I’ve had is nasty customer service.They have now told the flooring company that they brought them up two flights of stairs when this definitely was NOT THE CASE!!! Fuming is not the word. This company should be shut down!I will be going to the ombudsman. They should not be allowed to treat people like this!

If I could leave a 0 star rating I would but it won’t allow me to. My settee should have been delivered last week but cancelled on the morning and rearranged for today. Tracking it all morning with expected arrival to be 545pm. Tracking disappeared to be told the system was down and then all of a sudden get an update to say not coming due to van breakdown . Absolutely shocking attitude on the phone with a couldn’t care less tone. Then proceeded to tell me it will be there Saturday ( my response is no it won’t and won’t be accepted if it turns up)

Was expecting my new sofas between 7 and 10 am this morning (12.10.2023) they turned up at 6.55am they did not give any notice they were coming, like I was promised they would. When doing some digging, they phoned the wrong mobile number 10 minutes before making their delivery attempt. They did not knock on the door that loudly because someone in the house would have heard it, especially myself. They were far from helpful over the phone when I rang them in a panic over the delivery. I paid 79 pound delivery fee prior in good faith that they would deliver in a professional manner. They were texting the right mobile number last night, so to me, phoning the wrong one was a deliberate attempt to try and get more money for delivery. This is disgusting.

Very poor service, firstly tried to go across my front garden with the boxes instead of just going round to the path. Then asked me if I want them to assemble it, which I’d already paid over £100 for but seemed like they didn’t want to.Assembled the bed but tried to leave all the packaging and rubbish behind claiming couldn’t take with them, which I had to press them to take it despite having a big van. Left spare nuts & bolts on the floor. Then upon leaving whilst I’m working upstairs left my front door wide open. To top it off their hygiene was terrible leaving a stench in my home!Would not use bedroom king again if this is the distribution company they contract.

I wish there was a way in which minus stars could be given. The most painful and unprofessional experience. I bought a chest of drawers that needed to be delivered to a room of choice, as per the seller’s website, and SGK were completely unprepared for this. This involved going three flights of stairs with the item to get to the desired room, albeit they item weighting quite a bit. First they changed the delivery date/hour, then they arrived early, then they wanted to leave the chest of drawers in the hallway because they could not take it up the stairs as it was too heavy. After they’ve called their ‘head office’ and the seller they said they will re-deliver with three people and haven’t heard back since Wednesday last week. Unprofessional, unprepared and the whole time spoke a different language. Not impressed at all
