Useless unprofessional rude and ignorant staff !! Avoid these muppets like the plague! No care for residents or traffic congestion

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL company . Ignored for 6 weeks after they ruined the floor and used B and Q products (left all the rubbish in our garden)They did the floor to such a poor standard (see image) that it had to be re done. I understand that mistakes are made but then they failed to turn up on 6 occasion and never ever returned phone calls.(see image of repeat phone calls) They would say yeah yeah and be so rude on the phone when I said that they should return or acknowledge phone calls. 8 weeks later they redid the floor and it is better but not great, uneven in places and air bubbles in lots of places. DO NOT USE. They also use levelling compound from B and Q so as a result the company who were going to lay our vinyl said they could'nt as they wouldn't be able to guarantee it it with such a poorly screeded floor and material!

As I cannot reply to a reply - your response is A LIE. , as you can see from the attached photo, there is no need for a pump, the pump is for pumping to a distance away from the lorry, NOT for mixing, Your team admitted you had issues with the lorry mixing in the days before our pour, and have admitted fault on more than one occasion. What you haven't done IS FIX IT. ANY attempt for access was unacceptable because you have made the site unsafe. Despite many requests for insurance details, you have now admitted to having NO INSURANCE. so again - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are cowboys, liars, and will NOT do a safe or decent job. We are pursuing several above board routes to fix our shell now.

The concrete used is of poor substandard quality. And not as ordered.I had a foundation installed and texted them to call me back, but no one bothered to answer or reply. Now I have to add a French Drain to my summer house as I ordered waterproof concrete, and none is there. Parts of the concrete are still not dry after installation in January. I would not recommend it.There would seem to be a pattern to the good reviews here.I wish I had read the reviews here earlier.See the picture attached, the bottom is drying, and the top is still wet, not curing after two months.Be careful.

We used Eco Mix to supply concrete for our garden and I have to say it was one of the best experiences with concrete. The pump turned up promptly first thing in the morning followed by the concrete lorry as promised. My husband and I were so pleased with the quality of material as well as their staff, who I must add, were really helpful and polite. We will definitely be using Eco Mix again and highly recommend anyone else to use them

It's not often that I write a review, but I honestly feel that the guys over at EcoMix Concrete deserve 5 stars. From the moment I ordered --> to delivery/ mixing onsite and during the entire process with Sebastian the foreman explaining everything to me - he really loves what he does and knows a lot about his trade:-) A family business and a bespoke service, I can highly recommend these guys.

They are lies, please take my advise and avoid using them. They tried to rip me off. Poured 10m3 when I ordered 11m3 and tried to charge me for 16m3.Just pay extra and go for another company.Concrete mix not as what they have specified. Full of water and sand and not sign of cement.Director very rude aggressive and abusive. Tried to threten me to dump sand on my driveway.I wish I read the reviews before ordering with them.They clearly ripping those who are not familiar or vulnable. I feel sorry for them knowing what I have gone through personally.

The concrete is never as ordered and I would give less than one star if it was possible. Kamil is an incredibly rude and aggressive person. He demands payment for things he hasn't even delivered and if he doesn't get it resorts in aggressive behaviour. I have never come across such a rude person in my time. Would never use them again and would recommend anybody who is thinking of using them - NOT TO. I agree with the previous reviewer, the more positive reviews do not seem legit as they have the same repeating family name - so I question whether they are done by the family owning the business itself, or friends of them - rather than actual paying customers.

THEY DO NOT PROVIDE A LEGIT SERVICE, AND ARE WASTING CUSTOMERS TIME AND SCAMMING THEM.THEY WERE RUDE, AGGRESSIVE, AND KEPT DOING DRIVE BY'S LIKE THUGS. MADE US WAIT FOR HOURS. ON TWO OCCASIONS. POOR RESPONSE. DEFINITELY SCAMMERS. DO NOT RISK MEETING THESE CREEPY POLISH GUYS.AVOID AVOID AVOID!

This is a company to avoid at all cost.Seems reviews are fake (multiple entries by same family name 5*) and from unverified accounts.They hardly ever answer the phone.Kamil is incredibly rude.They look to be a slap and dash company, poor work and will run with your money.Hope this is helpful for other users.
