Toad Hall Dental Surgery
I am with this dentist for over 5 years. The reception staff has always been very efficient and friendly. The treatment and service I received over the years has always been extremely good. Dr Rosenbaum pays genuine interest in your well being, is very respectful to the patient as well as to his staff and makes the whole experience an almost pleasant event. I am very happy and gratefull I found this dentist.

Usually ok, but dentist was running late so unable to carry out treatment. Very disappointed and this cost me £21.60 for the experience.

Toad Hall Dental Surgery
Just had my second appointment at Toad Hall as my first one showed I needed some fillings.I was feeling nervous as I hadn't had any work done for many years. My appointment was on time and my treatment was done within half an hour. The dentist kept checking I was ok during the treatment and was very friendly and made me feel relaxed. The dental nurse assisting him was also very nice. Very professional and I don't feel worried about going back again in 6 months.

My husband had a cracked tooth and infection but was refused any treatment. He has been a patient with Toad Hall for many years. They took his money but did not treat the problem.

Had an appointment today and as always I was thoroughly impressed by the reception staff, nurse, and Dr Rosenbaum. Incredibly friendly and professional. Would recommend to anyone.

My partners mother had a very unpleasant experience at Toad Hall Dental Surgery. She was made to feel very uncomfortable and awkward about her problem and later came home quite upset about her experience. She had been here before around 4 years ago and remembered the dentist to be really efficient and helpful. However this time she felt as though the dentists couldn't be bothered to help / listen to her and was made to feel very awkward. She's been in pain for weeks and this surgery really didn't help at all. VERY disappointed.
