Christies Direct are a benchmark company for pet grooming products, prices, quality, customer service, and communication. Their greatest asset is their staff, all of whom are pleasant, polite, helpful, knowledgeable and dedicated. I am glad to have been one who have benefited from such attributes. Despatch and delivery speedy and reliable.

I bought some dog shampoo from here and it arrived with the lid opened and the product emptied all over the inside of the bag, I contacted the supplier who promised a new bottle or refund, neither was given, this is disgusting as the the shampoo was near £20 all it took was correcy packaging and good customer service and i would of continued buying from this company but there false promises and bad customer service has made me angry.shame i could not post nil stars.

Unfortunately nothing but problems from this company. I've given them the benefit of the doubt and ordered a few times but every time there's seems to be an issue that they are unwilling to resolve. Ive lost so much money through using them and all they ever say is that they will 'pass on my feedback'... not a company that cares about its customers or their issues. I won't be ordering from them again, will stick to the other companies that I've never had issues with.

Superb service, next day delivery to Republic of Ireland.

I've been a customer here for years and I have to say I've never had any issues, I've even returned goods and always had a full refund. Shipping is always super fast & I love the points you earn. No matter who I speak with on the phone, they are always professionall and friendly.

Ordering from Belgium from a non-EU country for a business is not easy. I contacted the service team and they helped me out. Wonderful service!

Sadly the customer service at Christie’s is dire. Sold me a faulty dryer, had to email multiple times and resort to a public comment on FB to get a response. They tried to make me pay the return postage, had to remind them of UK distance selling laws and they sent a courier (never arrived, had to rearrange), only collected one package and refused to take the other, had to sort that. 3 weeks they’ve had the dryer and still no refund, I’ve explained how badly I need the equipment replaced so I can work and they just don’t care. Using a ‘system update’ as an excuse, but from talking to others they’ve been using this excuse for months now. It’s a pity as their product range is great and I probably would have bought another dryer from them but after this unpleasant fiasco I wouldn’t purchase anything else from them. Still waiting on my refund of £461 , I suppose ill need to contact trading standards now as I’m at a loss as to what to do from here. Do better guys, this isn’t a fair way to treat your customers.
