Good place to go shopping, for, fantastic food.Good variety clothing for the family and a cup of coffee ☕☕☕☕ in m&s restaurant, food available.What I like best of all is the in-store bakery, nice freshly baked bread and serve yourself pastries and cakes, lovely.

Staff were really pleasant & helpful, when choosing a new suit. In the men's clothing section. Nothing was to much trouble very happy with my purchase. A special mention to the two Ladies, at the checkout. I wasn't feeling too well. Took time to make sure I was okay after offering me a cup of water. Over all a very nice store, with plenty of choice for all ages. Would certainly recommend M&S to anyone... Steve B

Had to pop in to to get some cloths for my new job and I was happy to see the quality of the cloths on offer at prices that I thought were quite reasonable. £27 for a pair of jeans.My only issue was that the store did not have many clothes for my size. I’m not a big guy but all the clothes for males were main size 34-40

We came today for some food and a drink. I got my cold sandwich and drink and sat down with my partner who had a hot drink and waited for her hot food. We waited and waited until in the end, I had eaten my food We both had drunk our drinks and STILL no hot food. We asked a member of staff who told us there was at least a 20 min wait for hot food and we should have been told upon ordering.Terrible lack of customer service which was emphasised by having to wait a further 10 mins for out refund .

Very cool shop. Good assortment and very high quality items. Great selection of wine and cheeses. There are self-service checkouts. There are lots of interesting products. Fun sauces. Very good quality fruit. Very conveniently made car park, when it rains you don't get wet. Everything for people

What a useless shop. For the larger male this is a waste of space. No staff to assist, wasted half an hour trying to find items. If I was a large sized female the choice is good. Only recommend to my worst enemy.

You need to teach your staff about hygiene. Young woman working on the tills at the wolstanton store thought it was appropriate to sneeze into her hands. Then pick up my food products and put them through the till. I felt sick. She should have put some antibacterial gel on her hands. Had to wipe all items down with antibacterial wipes. Not good enough M&S. just not good enough.
