Used to be my favourite kebab place. But this was really poor. Bread was undercooked and there was barely any chicken. Such a shame as used to be amazing

Gone downhill. When it first opened the quality and service was excellent. They no regularly get orders wrong and service is less than friendly. Quality of the food has also sadly gone down as well.

Did not include some of order, also asked for non dairy sauces but they sent dairy sauces, almost had severe allergic reaction. Do not order if you have allergies or dietary restrictions!

They gave me my order when I turned up to collect it rather than making me wait til my allocated time slot which was nice, I know I shouldn't have jumped the queue but I was hungry and couldn't wait 45 minutes! Thankyou for that! The vegan seitan Döner is absolutely delicious, freshly made, filling, flavoursome, meaty with slightly crispy bits but also moist, yum!The wrap is freshly made there, soft, fluffy, divine. I couldn't really taste any sauce though. I called but they said they don't deliver which is a shame as that would be great for hangover days. I'll definitely be back! I heard the chicken Döner was delicious aswell but apparently one or some of the fillings were missing or are they add ons? Feta, halloumi etc.

This place feels and operates like a poorly run McDonalds.We ordered our food online to pick up, they said it would be ready at a set time. We arrived 10 minutes early, we stood at the counter but all the staff just ignored us, they served other people and delivery drivers.After all the other customers and delivery drivers had been served and the place was empty. They finally asked us what our order number was. Our food was in the cupboard, no idea how long it had been there.When it comes to the food. It's very much like a McDonalds or even worse, they don't seem to be cooking much, I could see right into the kitchen but there wasn't grills and spits for the doner meat.At one point I saw a member of staff reheating doner meat in the deep fat fryer!!The fries were not crisp, they were a bit soggy.The meat looks like its pre-cooked and warmed up. The bread is bought in, the salad may be freshly chopped. The sauces don't have much taste.On the positive side, the portion size is good, and the place looked clean. However, reheating food is never a good idea.The cost is high for a kebab and its positioned as gourmet / premium offering. It's just doesn't live up to anything close to that.

Very unhappy with the food! We used to order from here all the time, but it has really gone down hill. Ordered the vegan street cart fries (which are really expensive!) and they forgot like half the ingredients! The fries were dry, they didn't provide any sauce even when we ordered extra! They probably ran out and didn't think to inform us. And the donner was tough and tasteless.

Ordered large chicken doner. Really sloppy and greasy. Bread was sodden so impossible to hold. Sauces tasted like cheap mayo. So unpleasant I didn’t even eat more than 1/3. Very poor value. Much worse than a dodgy take away. Sweet potato fries were good tho..

I ordered a gf falafel Döner with halloumi as extra. I got one piece of halloumi and the gf 'wrap' was dry and in pieces. Impossible to eat. If you can't make GF, don't advertise it, let a lone charge extra.
