Paul and his team were excellent. They moved us from a narrow little road in Wallington to a new house in Eastbourne. Nothing was too much. They were calm, friendly and professional. We would recommend them highly to anyone!

Paul and his team were brilliant when they packed and moved all our stuff from Carshalton to Somerset early in January. Friendly, positive, and very kind - and very hard-working as well, off loading all our furniture on a very wet evening after a long day and drive without any issues. They just got on with the job, and it was just such a relief as otherwise moving is pretty stressful, but they seemed to understand that and did everything they could to help. Very reasonably priced too, considering just how hard they work. Thank you Paul and Co for a top-notch removals service!

From the first discussion with Paul on the phone I felt comfortable. His brother came to the house to assess the move and quoted me the same day. Arranged the date and two guys turned up on time and fully equiped. Nothing was too much trouble and blankets were used for floor and banister protection. I love good service and Paul delivers. I would use him again in a heartbeat and would recommend his services to anyone.

Total failure. Enquired about a move from 2-bedroom flat and spoke to Paul. He didn’t suggest coming to look at items to be moved, which worried me, but he sounded confident with my description and said he charges an hourly rate. He said he would call me back in 20-30 minutes to confirm a move day.He didn’t return the call, so after about a day had passed, I called again. He sounded vague, but we agreed a move date and I felt reassured when I was told the booking would be confirmed by email. Paul said he would also send an invoice for one hour’s charge, which would need to be taken as a deposit to confirm the booking.No email was sent, so after three days I gave up and found a professional company instead. I assumed Paul was not interested or too disorganised to take on the job. I don’t waste time chasing companies to give them my custom if they can’t organise themselves.Many days pass, then I get an unexpected call from Paul saying he’s outside the property ready to do the move! I just couldn’t believe it. No email/invoice sent, no follow-up from Paul and then he has the cheek to blame me, the customer, for “wasting his time”!I received no confirmation of the booking as promised, and consequently, paid no deposit. Why would he think the booking still existed if it didn’t even meet his own booking requirements??? What a shame – a lack of basic administration and customer service makes this a company to avoid. He didn’t even apologise for his mistake and letting me down.

We used Paul's Removals in early 2021. We moved from a three-bedroom house in London to a five-bedroom house with three floors outside of London, with approximately two weeks of storage.All staff were courteous and hard working; it was a pleasure to have them around. We had a lot to move, and there were some items that needed a lot of effort to pack and lift. However, there was never a point when we were made to feel like we were a problem to completing the job on time.We chose Paul's Removals based on the positive feedback we found online, and I must say that the wonderful reviews were confirmed.I would like to thank Paul for always being available to answer calls and not hesitating to help when it was needed. Paul is a good man, and I wish his team all the best. I sincerely recommend them.

Paul's removals were excellent. We had a really stressful chain situation, which Paul's was able to accommodate without complaint. It made it so much easier for us on the day. The team were great. Polite, professional and very skilled at reassembling furniture incredibly quickly. We would definitely use Paul's again.
