Amazing place and Amazing Staff. Me and my husband Anthony just got married here on 09.09.23. They looked after us and the day was so organised. Andy, Steve and Bev were fantastic helping us plan our special day. Russell cooked some beautiful food. We will never forget our wedding and are truly thankful we got married at this venue. We will never forget it!

This was the best day of our lives. We were married at Century Pavilion, Liverpool Cricket club in June 2023 and it was simply perfect. We had both the ceremony and the food and party here. It was so well organised and the staff went the extra mile. The room and venue was beautifully decorated and Andy, Bev and the team are on hand throughout the day to ensure the smooth running. We opted for canapes, BBQ and two hot dishes for the evening- everybody loved the food made by Russell and the team. We provided a welcome drink and wine on the table- bar prices are reasonable. We only viewed one venue before booking and don't regret our choice. It's handy enough for everybody to travel to and from and there was even a cricket game ongoing throughout our day. Thank you once again to the entire team. We have memories to last a lifetime.Jen and Tony Corner xxxx

I don’t like to leave negative reviews, I’m not that type of person and I believe in supporting local businesses but after the way I was spoken to yesterday by ‘the owner/manager’ I feel that I should give this feedback. I arrived at the venue at 10am to set up for an event (as an events company working at the venue) that was starting at 1pm. I had three other staff with me. I wasn’t even greeted with a hello. The ‘owner/manager’ just started talking at me the second I walked in the venue. We had quite a lot to setup so ‘owner/manager’ was telling us where he wanted everything to go but his communication skills need working on. I simply asked him to give me one minute to speak to one of my team members as they’d had a personal emergency and needed to speak to me in private and he demanded I spoke to him there and then. I repeated myself several times asking politely “Please just give me one minute and I’ll come straight back to you” as I was walking to speak to my team member but he would not respect this or stop talking and just followed me and would not give myself and the team member one minute of privacy. I got quite short with him as I said please just give me a minute that’s all I need and I’ll come back to discuss. After this, he wanted us to put the clients backdrop in a place that could not be seen and was blocked by tables, I’m happy to put any event items anywhere in a venue that’s suitable and safe as long as the customer gets the benefit out of it but they where 9 LED letters/numbers spelling out a name and number so it is pointless putting them somewhere if 50% of the name cannot be read or used for photo opportunities. I was trying to discuss moving the tables but the ‘owner/manager’ kept just talking at me and not listening. I said I’d put them where he’d asked as I was losing the will and the ‘owner/manager’ was not willing to work together as a team “one team same dream” in my opinion as it’s all about the client and it’s their needs that come first. The ‘owner/manager’ and another staff member did end up moving the tables so aesthetically the letters and balloon backdrop looked great but it was a lot of work getting to this conclusion. The ‘owner/manager’ was talking down to me, and I said to him “would you speak to a customer booking the venue this way?” And he said “You’re not a customer you’re just a supplier, this is my venue” which is just not right to talk down to people and I’m actually quite local to this venue and could be a potential customer and/or recommend this venue to our clients. This is the main reason I’m leaving this review as I was spoken down to like I was nothing. I wouldn’t dream of speaking to any of my staff, service providers or clients in this manner. He also spoke down to two of our other staff who work in hundreds of venues for a number of years who have never been spoken to in this manner at other venues and were also disgusted in his behaviour. I felt like I was working with a child who needed my constant attention and it was actually taking me away from my actual job of setting up at the venue and I was almost late setting up because of this. I just hope the ‘owner/manager’ does not treat other people or his staff at the venue in this way as it’s just wrong. I was told by the ‘owner/manager’ “You won’t have to deal with me again” in a way that was a threat that myself and/or our company would not be welcome back at this venue again (because I wouldn’t accept myself and my staff being spoken to badly) and that is fine by me as I get paid to do a job and I do it well, I go above and beyond but what I don’t get paid for is to be spoken down to, not even by the client who actually booked and paid but by someone who in my opinion the power of management has clearly gone to their head. I would rather work with all of the other venues we’ve worked with for 14 years that treat us with courtesy and respect. I do want to add though that every single other person working at The Century Pavillion was lovely, polite, well mannered and helpful.

Myself and my partner attended my cousins wedding at the Pavilion in July of this year. We previously had been looking for a venue for our own wedding in 2025. We were taken aback by the attention to detail by the whole team at the venue on the day. We have now booked the century pavilion for our own special day in 2 years time. Initially we were a bit concerned that a lot of the same guests would be attending our day too, however we decided after experiencing the amazing setting, food and atmosphere why look any further. We are looking forward to May 2025!

We had our wedding day on the 18th June 2022 and by far was the best day of our lives. The venue was absolutely incredible and all the team worked so hard to make our day extra special. We were kept up to date with everything and nothing was too much trouble for them. We would give Century Pavilion more than 5 stars if we could!! Thank you guys so much for everything it was honestly the most perfect day. From Daniel & Katie!!

I recently had the pleasure of photographing a wedding at The Century Pavilion and I have to say, it was an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and they really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The toastmaster was great, keeping everything running smoothly and making sure everyone had a good time. The food was absolutely amazing. All in all, I have to say that The Royal Pavilion is an absolutely fantastic venue for a wedding.

I’ve recently had the pleasure of working with Andy and his team at The Century Pavilion. Their whole willingness, kindness and friendly approach to ensuring that wedding couples and their guests have a fantastic experience is outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble for them and it is clear that everyone who attends a reception there is made to feel very special indeed. Thoroughly recommend!

We recently had our wedding ceremony and reception here, we had to plan everything over the phone and via email as we lived so far away! Andy and his team were absolutely amazing! Always kept in touch, and kept us upto date with everything! On the day itself, well I couldn’t have asked for anything better, the staff were super friendly and helpful, always right there if you needed ANYTHING! If I could do it all again I would

We had our wedding party here after being married abroad. Everything was amazing. The team all looked after us so well, communication was great and they were so attentive to our needs both leading up to the day and on the day itself- they all went above and beyond and treated us like family! The room and decor was beautiful- our guests were amazed as this was somewhere they’d drove past lots of times but never knew what a hidden gem was inside. Everyone complimented the food and Russell the chef was very accommodating when we were choosing a menu. We had been to see many venues over our wedding planning journey- none included so many extras and showed the personal touch that the century pavilion did. I will be recommending this place to everyone. Thank you all so much for looking after us and making our night so special xx
