Our first time visiting this Vets with our very poorly cat. Staff were excellent and so caring with the Vet getting to the surgery early to treat our cat. Can't thank them enough for dealing with this situation the best they could.

Having lost our beloved old dog earlier in the year we went to register our new rescue. Gerhard and his team are wonderful and so, so kind and welcoming. After a thorough check up we enrolled on the pet care scheme, safe in the knowledge that another pet will be cared for by people who care. Thank you.

I've had such fantastic service from Thorpe Medivets. Mostly for small animals - guinea pigs, rabbits and chickens - but the care provided has been outstanding and all staff have been so supportive when we've brought poorly animals who were sadly not going to make it. All staff have been so caring and made the experience a lot better due to their compassion towards the animals and me as the owner.
