John is a personable and efficient guy who is clearly keen to do his utmost to repair your appliancealthough in my case we agreed the task needed to be refered back to the manufacturer. He charged me a modicum for his journey and time. I like the guy and trusted him. I would use him again for sure.

Replacement of three outside lights did not go to plan due to bad choice of lights on my part. John persevered despite several annoyances, and got the job done. Proper Domestics definitely the way to go. Turned up on time, friendly and efficient. Can thoroughly recommend
