Pizza Hut Delivery

The worst. Order through Ubereats. What's the point of having a special instruction box if you don't read it? Order a medium pizza with classic crust. No mention whatsoever it comes with garlic. Regardless I've asked to make sure there was no garlic as my wife is allergic. Guess what? Garlic everywhere. Also I needed to specify what kind of cheese I wanted whether mozzarella or vegan cheese. For some absurd reason one got two options. For the first option I chose mozzarella. For the second option (no reason to be there in the first place) the only possible choice was vegan cheese. Either you select it or cannot proceed with the order. So we selected vegan cheese and asked the restaurant to ignore it and just use mozzarella. Again guess what? Done freaking disgusting vegan cheese on our pizza.Never again!!!

Absolutely disgraceful. Food and customer service. We have been delivered COLD food and they would just give you a number to complained at. Local hut like this one is not willing to deal with the problem but happy to take you money. Spoke to Jennifer (India lady - even the name is alias) and wouldn’t pass it on to the manager. L I’ll get refund but not the time we spent waiting for it meaning they won’t re-make the order on high priority to get it right.Update: I have been in touch with the customer service online and refuse to refund and would give you slice instead to the account. Useless.

Just came to pick up a birthday treat of a cheese pizza and it looks like a crusty burnt check pizza. The lady was arguing that it's just the cheese. I said would you eat it. She said no. Well then don't sell them to people if you can't cook the food right. People come here for treats not for sloppy pizzas.

Ate food from here and got food poisoning. Beth of the customer service team dealt with my case but was no help in resolving the matter and just called me a lier

Wish there was an option to give 0 stars as the customer service was hideous and non-existent.I called this particular Pizza Hut and asked if I could place an order for collection over the phone since their online portal was down -the lady told me that's fine so I told her I'll call her back when I'm 30 mins away so the food is pipping hot.As I made my way to this store, I called 30 minutes before closing to place an order, the phone was left unanswered. I must have called 6 times before I gave up and decided to order via Deliveroo for delivery to the street down the road.I arrived at the store and the door locked despite the opening hours clearly displayed on the door. I tried another door which happened to be the kitchen and the lady came running. I told her I can collect the order and she said okay. I questioned why no one answered and why the door was locked which she didn't respond to and said no no we finish".Management really need to monitor their staff closely at the store

I have been ordering pizza from here since long time and from first order the quality has been degraded. I have also made feedback but that is of no use. Since last order I made a decision not to order from this branch. It feels like they have been scamming with less portion and using outside products with clearly tells the difference and taking the original products like toppings and sauce for personal use. I had a tear and share in Cardiff which was bigger and upon asking here the lady said they only provide a small one. DK who is true but definitely this pizza hut is scamming people. PIZZA HUT NEEDS TO TAKE CARE OF THIS BRANCH AND SHOULD TAKE STRICT ACTIONS!!!!!

Had to pay for food to be delivered again after waiting 2 and half hours for a just eat driver that doesn't show up and can't cancel else I'll still pay the full priceFood supposed to be cooked when the drivers ready but the pizza was dry like it had been sitting around for 2 and half hoursNo pizza hut again and no just eat again

Ordered pizza without garlic sprinkles as we're allergic. The food came doused with garlic sprinkles and when I called the restaurant the woman told me they got the order with garlic and it's not their problem. As someone that worked in hospitality for over 6 years, this customer service is disgusting!

Ordered pizzas for my husbands birthday. The team were super nice to send us a little birthday treat and message.And the pizzas were amazing too!Thank you guys!
