From phoning Henrys to visiting, Tom Allison helped me through every stage of finding a car which suited what I was looking for and alleviated any anxieties I had when discussing specs of cars which I wasn't entirely sure of. Within a week, I had test driven cars and one which I was extremely comfortable with was sorted and prepped for pick-up, making the transition from hatchback to SUV (Karoq SE L) really simple for both myself and the pups (who are also enjoying the new ride). Will definitely be returning to Skoda.

Overall great experience, special thanks to Andrew Aitken who arranged my car to be transferred from a different branch and was my guide through the process. He knew everything, answered every question, professional and polite. Had some problems from the start with the car as I needed to change the instrument cluster for its malfunction. It takes a bit longer to get to speak to someone through one number on reception and they have services booked weeks and months ahead, so be aware. Worth the wait because they actually got things done and in a professional way, online reports, reminders etc. Very high standard for a great Skoda brand. Keep it up

A couple of family members have purchased cars from Henrys, so when I was looking for a new car, it made total sense for me to visit.I dealt with Matthew, and he explained the process really clearly, as well as keeping me up to date on the progress whilst I was waiting for my car to be ready for collection. The car was delivered in fantastic condition, and the follow up support has been really good.
