J'adore Pilates

Cannot recommend jadore Pilates enough, Lucy and Sam are experts in their field and make you feel comfortable the moment you walk through the door, they have loads of equipment as well as running mat classes, I recommend Pilates to everyone no matter your shape, size, stamina or fitness, there is something for everyone and Lucy and Sam are never judgemental, always friendly and happy to help you out, a little gem of codsall!

J'adore Pilates provide a lovely environment where you can learn and feel all the benefits of Pilates. Their enthusiasm to teach the best Pilates in Wolverhampton really shows as the classes are very popular and great fun! I see a range of ages and abilities attend the classes and everyone enjoys attending the only fully equipped Pilates Studio in Wolverhampton. I would recommend J'adore Pilates if you are keen to learn Pilates from teachers who have a real passion for helping you feel stronger, fitter and more flexible within a matter of weeks!
