Me and my partner went in tonight to order food. We got home we had missing items and fhe rice was freezing cold. So I rang up and the man on the phone said he gives people the rice out cold and they have to warm it up at home themselves!! Completely defeats the object of a takeaway , I wanted a takeaway I didn’t feel like cooking, but there sending customers away to heat the rice themselves. If wanted to make rice myself I would of , what kind of takeaway gives out cold food and asks customers to heat it at home!!! Also found long hairs in my food. Absolute terrible place to eat from. Chips were cold and stale, the list goes on. Had to put one star to be able to write a review , but an absolute -00000 stars from me

Waited 1 hour 45 mins before I rang the restaurant to be told the food was on its way. 20 mins later I rang again to be told they had no reference of my order and they close soon and there's nothing they can do terrible service

Have never had a bad order from them. The food is always piping hot and the chips stay crispy. Tastes amazing and fresh every time. Great value for money, you really get your moneys worth. Best takeaway in Gloucester!

Hi I had a order today of 2 x chicken burger meals single .. half chicken meal double wrap meal . 2 rice 2 coldslaw and it came to £37.92 I don’t think that’s right

Ordered from here for years. This evening got a delivery 2 items was wrong on the order!! Missing items!! And Raw chicken in my pitta!! The customers service was disgusting. Will never return!!!

Food is always great. Unfortunately they always seem to deliver with an item or two missing, when ringing to inform them an item was missing they accused us of lying and told us they would have to check the CCTV, after 10 mins I received a phone call to apologise and a new item was sent out. We have since ordered again two or three times and every time we’ve have rice, chips, wraps missing
