I felt that the advisor tried all he could to put me off, like it was too much trouble for him, he said that it would be easier for me to buy new shoes but these were brand new shoes and I needed a piece of elastic removed from the buckle area, he said he that he couldn't do them while I waited which I advised I didn't expect him too, I was prepared to leave them with him and collect them a week later. He then said that it would not be cheap and that I should by new shoes instead, repair was £10 but shoes were brand new and cost £40,. The shop was empty with no customers and he was sat down using his mobile phone, made me feel that I was disturbing him, it was a terrible customer experience considering the store is new and he just wasn't interested and couldn't be bothered to help didn't want to help at all. Will never use this store again.
