In our first experience dine in breakfast today is good the best special they have on my picture. I love the black coffee and pastries. The cake is delicious but its too sweet for me.We also take away some sausage rolls.Definitely coming back soon.Nice old stuff inside the shop lovely.

We're regulars at Wright's and go there everytime we're in Bury.Their salad selections are always amazing, so are the toasties and pretty much everything off the main menu. Would highly recommend for breakfast/lunch/brunch. Staff are always smiling and being really nice. Overall great food, great service, reasonably priced!

Wanted to love it but I'm afraid menu and photos promise more than what's delivered. Bacon was American-style but way too crispy. Sausages had flavour once upon a time but were cooked for so long they were dry. Similar story with the toast. BBQ beans had good flavour but were extremely short on actual beans. Maple pressed potato and coffee were good though. Sorry!

I wanted to have breakfast treat with a friend. Although very busy we were lucky to get a seat fairly quickly. We were taken to our table and given the brunch menu and cakes, could not see drink or breakfast menu. We just ordered 2 black Americano coffees and 2 peach danish pastry as well as water. The pastries and water arrived in good time. Coffee however took a long time and when it finally arrived my friend got a full cup and myself a ¾ cup as the assumption was I will have milk! I refused the milk and ended up with little less coffee. Now I must say we both really enjoy a good cup of strong coffee with flavour, a crema layer and smelling delicious. We doubted what we received was actually an Americano. No crema layer, it looked watery and I first thought it was from granulated coffee. I assumed it might have been filter coffee. My friend did not drink much of hers and I only desperately drank mine. We also had to ask for napkins and cutlery. I will not go back. However I would like to add the pastry was delicious.

Definitely at least 4.5 stars. With great salads and toasties, this is a fantastic place to grab refreshments and a bite to eat when in Bury St Edmunds. Prices are fair, and food is fresh and delicious.

If you are looking for a top notch breakfast this is the place. 10/10 for the breakfast (star of the show was the king oyster mushroom seasoned and cooked to perfection + the delicious sausages) & customer service is very good!

Lovely food, very tasty, sadly the beef toastie I'd wanted to try had already run out at midday but the duck toastie I had instead was lovely. Service could have been better and quicker. My friends drink was forgotten and later, I couldn't get anyone's attention to order another. Despite this, I would give it another go.

Walking the streets of bury and found this little gem. Quick takeaway pit stop but really enjoyed what we got. Iced maple coffee and an iced tea. Both great. And we got 2 bakes to takeaway with us, cookie millionaires bar and Oreo brownie. Both really lovely and enjoyed after a long day of walking around bury.
