Wow! Just what an incredible and elaborate scam.It's really not, they tell you everything you want to here and deliver on nothing at all!Just fraud! Fake company, fake people, fake money, and fake promises!Stay away from these highwaymen, really out of pocket and out of home!

I have been a sworders tenant for nearly 4 years.Lucy Black has been horrible to deal with.She is a compulsive liar and refuses to talk to the land lord to fix our heating and broken windows.She refused to have fire alarms fitted to the property and refused to complete a gas safety check for 2 years!!!Please stay away from this company.Please dig deeper before you sign anything. Check companies House and search this company and then look at the website, full of lies!It's clearly a tax dodge and just causing most tenants in Blagdon hell! Ask any single tenant from sworders they will tell a similar tale

My experience is with only one member of this team - based in Tauntin not the wider organisation.This 'person' ignored maintenance issues , acts with a sense of self importance for no evident reason and lacks the ability to behave inside the confines of professionalism.Once they took management of our 16 year faultless tenancy the house began to crumble around us - with an attitude of dismissal and disregard beyond believeWhen they took management I was warned by multiple other local people of the lack of people skills but more importantly the total lack of integrity this 'person' has. These warnings included employees of the local authorityI would advocate any dealings with this 'person' be conducted with witness and great caution . Not to be trusted on any level inclusive of rent management !

Just full of lies, from start to finish over the last few years nothing but lies from this company. Even when its in black and white Lucy Black will play dumb
