I went in to book for Mt. Kinbalu climb in Borneo next spring. Isobel dealt with me and calm and calculated on itenary. She got me the best deal. Just have to wait for permit to climb as the place very busy. Happy with their e mails back also. Well done.

I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. My needs are often slightly different to the norm and they are more than willing to find me the best routes and .I now don't bother to go anywhere else.

I have previously used the flight centre to book a safari and had a good experience. Unfortunately this time I called several times to different offices and left several messages asking for call backs but never got a reply so have booked my trip through a different operator.
