Always get a hot drink from the one placed on the platform. Today wasn’t a very nice experience as I asked kindly to make it not as strong and she&he made a funny face and started talking giggling in a different language which obviously was about my request . I’ve asked it before and the usual ladies are always kind. Today the couple that was there weren’t very costumer friendly. If they were they everyday i wouldn’t bother coming here.

Terrible customer service! I got tea to sit in until my friends arrive and I was refused to stay in for no particular reason. The water said she needs to go somewhere but there were two more people coming in after me and she was serving them. So I could have stayed in for at least 10 minutes! That’s all I needed not to be cold until then! That is unacceptable service!

The coffee flavour can be hit and miss. The prices are a little on the high end for a small selection of things, a banana costing 65p for example! Always had a polite service though and love the complimentary “stupid little biscuit” that is partnered with the coffee.I would recommend this little chain and it certainly has potential to become great, just perhaps in need of a few little business changes to get a higher rating.Give it a go!

We quite often time our journeys to incorporate a coffee from Puccinos. The staff even rushed our coffees as our train pulled in. Good coffee, nice staff, great slogans.
