Experience was excellent receptionist Michelle is an asset to this practice very helpful, calm and precise took all in her stride, phone calls people coming in and out. No feeling you are a nusicance asking questions. My dentist again very helpful reassuring explaining very well to the concerns I was raising, and explained fully what my next appointment would entail.Excellent dentist in all aspects. Everything went smoothly and I left the surgery feeling reassured.

The dentist was excellent , always remembers me and my mum . Puts me at ease straight away She is great at explaining things . Very efficient and I was seen on time . Listened to what I had to say . She is excellent.

Managed to get an appointment to assess my chipped tooth, I was relieved to hear it was repairable, and the repair was undertaken swiftly and with a great outcome! Dentist and dental nurse were gentle and efficient.

Haven't been back to the dentists since before the pandemic. Thankfully saw the same dentist, who is friendly and still very professional. She explained everything from what needed doing and the price of the treatment. Takes the worry out of any visit.

Have been a 'client' at this practice for many many years.I have always found ALL the staff here to be very professional, friendly and supportive.Luckily most of my appointments have been for check ups, and I have never had a problem obtaining an appointment....I do highly recommend Raw and Jones Dental Practice.

Professional, friendly, efficient and effective. Communication second to none for appointment reminders. Couteous and caring. They keep patients informed throughout procedures and make it very clear what is and is not possible for your individual needs. I do not want to go elsewhere.
