Excellent service. Arrived early and finished on time. Cleaned up after himself. Did all the jobs requested to a very high standard. He has been very professional throughout and I requested he come back for other jobs.Jobs completed - shelves in kitchen, radiator covering, painting skirting boards, fitting blinds in bedroom and fitting a door.

As a landlord with several properties I've used Greg of GB Property Services several times now having initially found him on MyBuilder. He's very reliable and diligent taking pride in getting the job done to a high standard, and his pricing is not excessive either. The jobs I've used him for are replacing the sealant and trim around a bath, regrouting a shower, repairing internal doors, laying laminate flooring. The most recent project was a kitchen that urgently needed fitting and plumbed in after another tradesperson let me down. He fitted the kitchen over two 10 hour days giving up his Saturday to get the job done. I highly recommend GB Property Services.
